省级农科院科研结构调整初探

摘　　要：本文列举了近年来省级农科院在科研结构调整中所取得的进展和存在的问题。提出了科研结构调整要遵循系统性原则、农业科研发展规律的原则、市场需要的原则及调动科研人员积极性的原则。在做好总体安排的前提下，要调整好三类研究结构、产前产中产后研究结构、种养加研究结构、“硬技术”与“软技术”研究结构及不同层次学科研究结构。最后提出了省级农科院科研结构调整的对策和措施。Abstract In this pepar the author expounds the progress and the problems in adjusting research structure of provincial academy of agricultural sciences in recent years,advances that we should follow the system principle,development law,and the principles of meeting market demands and invigorating scientist initiative in the adjustment.Under the overall planning,three types of research and after production;planting,breeding and processing;hard technology and soft technology and the subject at different levels.At the end the countermeasures and steps in adjusting research structure of provincial academy of agricultural sciences are put forward.
