摘　　要：经过几十年的努力．我国农业基础性研究已形成一定规模，具有一定的实力。在规划和计划＂九五＂农业基础性研究时，坚持服从性、统一性、重点性、关联性等原则·，坚持＂稳、放＂方针，建立完善、统一、协调的研究体制，选择若干重点领域，优先发展。Abstract In China. through efforts in past several tens years, agriculturalbasic researches have formed certain scale and possessed fair strength. Therefore. when mlaking 'Nine - Five' (the ninth five - year plan)agriculturalbasic researches programme, the principles of unity, emphasis and connectionmust be insisted. The perfect, united and coordinative research systernsshould be established and some key fields should be precedently supported.
