摘　　要：将ＢＮＹＶＶＣＰ蛋白作为抗原，免疫家兔制备出了特异性强的ＢＮＹＶＶ抗血清，采用微量沉淀法测定其效价为１∶１２０４。用改进的戊二醛二步法将ＨＲＰ酶标记到纯化的抗体上，得到了高质量的酶标抗体。在国内首次研制便于携带、易于操作和具有实用价值的ＢＮＹＶＶＥＬＩＳＡ诊断试剂盒。BNYVV coat protein was separated from the expression product of transferred E. coli bySDS-PAGE .BNYVV CP antiserum with titer of 1024 detected by micropreciptin test was obtained.Theconjugate labelled with HRP enzyme was prepared by the modified two-steps glutarldehyde method.TheDAS-ELISA kit of BNYVV was developed and it’s working dilutions of coating IgG and conjugate were discussed.It was for virus detection on field samples and sand cultered sugarbeet seedlings.
