摘 要:借助土壤农杆菌Ti质粒介导的叶盘转化法获得了番茄、南瓜三种作物的黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白(CMV—CP)基因工程植株。比较了三种转化植株对CMV的抗病性类型。试验结果:番茄转化植株表现为免疫反应,南瓜为抗扩散反应,而甜瓜主要表现为早期抗性,即明显推迟接种植株的发病。用二个不同血清型的CMV株系接种三种作物的转化植株,同一种转化植株对不同株系的抗性反应一致。三种转化作物中表达了CMV—CP基因的植株均能抗CMV强毒株系的侵染。番茄和南瓜转化植株的抗病程度与植株中的CP含量无相关性。Transgenic tomato,squash,muskmelon plants were obtained using the agrobacteriuntmefaciens methods.The transferrd genes were from the T-DNA region of the binary vector plasmid PGA482GG/CP-CMV,The three plants that express the CMV-CP gene were challenge-inoculated with CMVrespectively. Resistance to CMV varied accoding to the three different transgenic plants,Tomato plants ex-pressing CMV-CP gene showed immune infection;squash plants showed resistance to the virus diffusion;and the transgenic muskmelon plants showed mainly a delay in symptom development.the three plants ex-pressing the CMV-CP gene were also inoculated with CMV stains belong to two CMV subgrorp.They ap-peared to show a broad spectrum of protection against infection by the various CMV stains. In the com-pared experiment with transgenic tomato and squash plants,CP Ievels of transgenic plants dld not showreletion to the resistance to the CMV infection.
