摘 要:利用植物微管特异解聚剂APM(Amiprophos-methyl)处理小麦幼苗,会导致其植株矮小,根尖伸长受阻并变粗膨大,尤以分生区部分膨大最为明显。光镜观察发现:APM处理的小麦根尖,其根冠、分生区、伸长区细胞均有不同程度的膨大变形,分生区细胞分裂消失。电镜观察发现:经APM处理的小麦根尖分生区细胞内液泡明显增多,质体数目明显减少,核膜也变得凹凸不平。研究表明,微管与小麦根尖细胞形状、大小及分生区细胞器的结构、数量均有着一定的关系。Wheat seedlings have been treated by amiprophos一methyl(APM),a specific plant MT in-hibitor, which caused the shortening of plants, the inhibiting of the growth and the swelling of root tips,especially in meristematic zone of root tip.Through optical microscopy observation:the changes ofswelling and shape in different degress are found in root cap,meristematic zone and elongation regions ofwheat.By electric microscopy:it was found that the number of vacuoles in meristematic cell of treatedwheat root tip iricreased obviously,while that of plastids decreased obviously,and nuclear membrane wasfound uneven,It was not obvious that the structure and number of mitochondria and plastids changed inmeristematic cell wheat root tip which was treated by APM. The above-mentioned results indicate thatthere is a certain relationship between the microtubules and cell shape and the structure and the number ofcell organelles in wheat root tips.
