摘　　要：用Ｙ－１１饲料酵母替代１／２和２／３秘鲁鱼粉，网箱养殖尼罗罗非鱼，试验组比对照组饵料系数下降１２．６％和９．１％，公斤鱼饵料成本减少１７．９％和１６．６％；鱼净产量增加１３．４％和１０．８％；饵料经济效率提高２１．７％和２０．１％。Tilapia nilotica were farmed in the net cages and fed with the Pellets containing yeast instead of a half and two thirds Peru fish meal. The feed coefficient of the experirnentul group decreased separately by 12. 6 % and 9.1 %,compared with the contrastive group. The cost of feed Per kg dropped 17. 9% and16. 6% respectively, and the net output of fish increased 13. 4 % and 10. 8%. The economic efficiency raised 21. 7 % and 20. 1 %.
