摘　　要：本文用反相ＨＰＬＣ法分离了工业产品α—重氮—１—萘醌—５—磺酰氯，并测定其含量。分析条件如下：柱ＹＱＧ—ＳＧ１８：流动相甲醇；紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ。该法简单快速、数据可靠、重现性好。In this Paper. industry product of α-diazo-1-naphthaqninone-5-chloride was separated quantitatively determined by a reversed phase High PerformanceLiquid Chromatography (HPLC). Analgtical conditions for HPLC was as follows: columnYQG-5C18, mobile phase methanol. ultraviolet detector 254nm. This method is simple.fastand data is reliable and repeatubility is good.
