摘　　要：CA488型发动机制造过程中的清洗工艺，采用了YX-03低泡、低温、防毒金属清洗液，既节约能源，降低清洗成本，又改善了操作环境。清洗设备采用了先进的转藏式、其水箱容量大，占地面积小，自动化程度高，可按加工工序依次进行定位喷射清洗，满足连续生产节拍的要求。YX-03 low bubble,low temperature,mildew preventing metal cleaning fluid has been adopted in the cleaning procedure of model CA488 engine manufacturing,which has resulted in not only power saving and cost lowering but also working environment improving. The advanced hub revolving type cleaning eguipment has been used,which has the advantage of large volume wa ter tank,small installation area,high degree automation and definite order spray cleaning according to operating process of work,so as to meet the reguirement of continuous Production time.
