摘  要:针对发动机连杆小头铜套串动、烧蚀及早期磨损现象,对卷制铜套、真空吸铸铜套、粉末冶金铜套及砂型铸造铜套进行了力学性能、耐磨性能及装车考核试验。试验结果表明,砂型铸造铜套性能较差,而真空吸铸铜套性能较好,可以替代卷制铜套。Check testng of mechanical property,wearing quality and application performance of engine connecting rod upper bushing made of copper by processes of pressing,vacuum casting, sand casting and powder metallurgy in order to eliminate the phenomena of loosing in bearing bore,score or scorching,and premature wear of the bushing. Result of testing shows that proPerty of sand casting bushing is unsatisfactory and that of vacuum casting bushing is better,which can be used to replace the pressed bushing.
