摘　　要：计算机辅助设计与辅助工程在轿车车身设计开发中的成功应用大大缩短了产品开发周期，并显著提高了产品质量。介绍了德国巴依尔汽车公司在CAD、CAE方面的应用情况，并分析了我国目前在这方面所存在的差距，指出了努力方向。Development period of product is greatly reduced due to successful application of CAD and CAE in car body design,and quality of products remarkably improved. Application condi tion of CAD and CAE in the BMW company,Germany is presented in the article and the extent we lag behind in this respect as well as the direction for us to strive ahead are analysed and pointed out.
