摘  要:利用两块φ80mm×14mmKDP晶体,采用“偏振失配”方案在“星光”装置φ70输出光路上,进行了三倍频实验。在入射光功率密度约为1GW/cm ̄2时,获得最高的二倍频外部能量转换效率为76.9%,三倍频最高外部能量转换效率为66.8%,并且转换重复性和稳定性很好。同时,也通过实验研究了影响三次谐波转换的诸因素。AbstractUsing short wavelength laser to drive ICF capsules have been recognized for some time,it can increase the efficient absorption of laser energy and reduce hot electrons of fuel beingpreheating.We have made third harmonic conversion experiments on Xingguang laser facility.The polarization-mismatch scheme with twoφ80mm ×14mm potassium KDP crystals isadopted;In experiment,we selected design scheme,optinuzed crystals length by theorycalculation and built up a three dimention rack for crystals at first,then converse thefoundmental wave.When input foundmental wave intensity to the first crystal is more than0. 7GWl/cm ̄2,external third haimonic conversion energy efficiency is about 60%, second harmonicconversion is about 70%,the maximum is 66.8% for third harmonic and 76.8% forsecond-harmonic.Some factors effected third harmonic conversion have been researched.Basing on all of these results,we can get high effciency and high stability third-harmonicconverslon.
