海边香豌豆（Lathyrus　maritimus）资源开发基础研究

摘　　要：海边香豌豆是生长在青岛海边的野生豆科植物，具有开发前途和应用价值。研究表明，它具有耐盐性、多年生、再生力强、抗逆性强、营养丰富等特点。其核型为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝１４＝６ｍ＋８ｓｍ。Lathyrus maritimus is a close wild relative of the pea found on the sea-shore of Lao Shan in 1986. hased on the primary studies in recent years, a number of characters of the plant are concluded: (1) It is resistant to high salt (10 - 20‰,salinity). (2) It is a perenial plant and reproduced by root. (3) It also has a draught and cold resistance, and barren tolerance. (4) It has a high capability of regeneration. (5) It is a valtlable plant containing a high level of rough protein and essential arnino acids higher than that of alfalfa. The karyotype of Lathyrus maritimus is as follows: K (211 )=14=6m+ 8sm. Latjlyrus maritimus is a kind of forage grass with high quality and has a great future for development. The studies on the plant play an important role in exploiting and protecting gene pool of wild resources, improving salinized soil, and establishing a properiate grassland ecosystem.
