摘 要:采用零长毛细管流交仪测量了不同助剂对PVC复合物在滚压过程中凝胶度的影响与性能的关系。结果表明,在本实验条件下,随加工温度的升高,体系凝胶度增大,共混体的性能也逐渐改善。对PVC/ACR—201和PVC/AS体系,在加工温度为180℃时,凝胶化度为80%~95%时(测试温度160℃,测试压力120kg),其综合性能最佳。The effects of different additives on the gelation level of PVC compound in therollmilling process were measured and the relationshiPS betWeen the gelation level and the Properties were investigatedby zero-length capilary rheometer. Underthe given experimental condition, the gelation level of the system increased with processing temperature and the properties of the blendsystem also improved. For the PVC/ACR-201 and PVC/AS Systems, when the Processing temperature was 180℃ and the gelation level was 80%~95%,i. e. (Tt=160℃ W=120kg),their overall Properties were optimal.
