硫喷妥钠在小鼠体内作用的昼夜节律

摘　　要：将体重18—22g 的昆明种小鼠,按照一昼夜的24h,分成12个给药时间组,20只/组。逐只腹腔注射0.25%硫喷妥钠生理盐水溶液50mg/kg。结果:硫喷妥钠的麻醉诱导期短,12组的均值为2.92±0.32min;各组麻醉持续时间差异极显著(P<0.01)。实验表明,麻醉持续时间之长短不仅受诸多因素影响,而且与体内"生物钟"的制约密切相关。麻醉持续时间白天长,均值为23.24min,夜间短,均值为4.32min。The mice of kunming breed,weighing 18—22g,were divided into twelve groups(20 mice per group)according to their different drug —taken time within 24 hours a day.Each mouse was intraperi toneally injected with 0.25% sodium thiopental in physiological saline solution at dosage of 50mg/kg body weight.The results were as follows:The anesthesia-inducing time was short and its average time from all gro- ups were 2.92±0.32 min;the differences of maintaining time of anes- thesia among groups were significant(P<0.01);the mantaining time of anesthesia was not only affected by a lots of factors but also clo- sely related to the restriction of'bio—clock'in animal body,the time was long in the day(mean 23.24 min.)and short in the night(mean 4.23 min).
