摘  要:应用我省分离的并经长春农牧大学协助确诊的猪流行性腹泻(PED)毒株,进行人工感染仔猪引起典型发病,病愈后能获得坚强免疫力。用该毒株研制的PED灭活苗进行主、被动免疫试验均获得良好免疫效果,7天便可产生免疫力,免疫期测至4个月以上,仍具有良好保护力。田间被动免疫试验的保护率对2月龄仔猪达到90.42%,疫苗使用安全,方法简便,具有应用推广价值。Piglets were artificially infected by PED strain,which was isolated in our re-search lab and was identified by Changchun university of Animal Science & Agriculture.Piglets showed typically clinic symptoms and obtained stable immunity. Active and Passiveimmune experiments on the inactivated vaccine of strain proved such ideal results that immu-nity was obtained within 7 days,immune protection lasted for over 4 months. Protection rateof passive immunity in field trail was 90.56%. The vaccine was save,convenient and valubleto extend.
