摘  要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对半血野牦牛血清淀粉酶的多态性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)半血野牦牛有AMY1、AMY2、AMY3三种同工酶;(2)AMY1同工酶受AMY1 ̄B、AMY1 ̄Y,AMY1 ̄C三个共显性等位基因控制,从而构成AMY1BB,AMY1BY,AMY1BC,AMY1YY,AMY1YC和AMY1CC六种基因型;(3)半血野牦牛AMY1位点,以AMY1 ̄B和AMY1 ̄Y为优势等位基因;(4)半血野牦牛AMY2同工酶呈单态;(5)半血野牦牛AMY3有3带型和4带型两种表型,其出现的概率分别为97.2%和2.8%。semi -blood wild yaks were used to investigate the polymorphism of theserum amylase by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results were as fol-lows:(1)There were three isozymes including AMY1, AMY2, AMY3 in semi- blood wildyaks. (2)AMY 1 isozyme was controlled by three codominant alleles-AMY1 ̄B , AMY 1 ̄Y,AMY1 ̄C and formed six genotypes:AMY1 BB,AMY1 BY,AMY1 BC,AMY1 YY,AMY 1 YCand AMY1 CC. (3)The AMY 1 ̄B and AMY 1 ̄Y genes were preponderant alleles.(4)The AMY2isogyme of semi-blood wild yak was amonomorphism locus.(5)Two phenotypes-three-bandtype and four-band types were showed on the locus of AMY 3 and the appearence probabili-ties of them were 97.2%and 2.8%,resp.
