三角城藏羊血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶及其多态性研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法，对１００只三角城藏羊的血清碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）同工酶及其多态性进行研究。结果表明：①被检三角城藏羊ＡＬＰ有Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ和Ｄ四种同工酶；②ＡＬＰＢ同工酶有ＡＬＰＢ和ＡＬＰＯ两种表型，以ＡＬＰＯ为优势表型；③ＡＬＰＢ表型还可区分出ＡＬＰＢ－１和ＡＬＰＢ－１，２两种亚型；④ＡＬＰＣ同工酶可能也存在多态性。Sanjiaocheng Tibetan-sheep were used to investigate the isozyme of serumalkaline phosphatase(ALP ) and its polymorphism by means of a polyacrylamide gelelec-trophoresis-disc. The results were as follows :(1)There were four ALP isozymes includingALP A ,ALP B ,ALP C and ALP D in the Sanjiaocheng Tibetan-sheep examined.(2)ALP Bis ozyme was divided into both ALP B and ALP O phenotypes and ALP O phenotype was apreponderant type. (3)ALP B phenotype was also divided into both ALP B-1 and ALP B-1,2subtypes.(4)It was probable that there was also the polymorphism on the locus of ALP Cisozyme .
