摘  要:通过对移居高原实验家兔骨髓内各级红系细胞电镜照片的费莱特直径研究,发现原红及各级幼红细胞,在低氧环境下有胞体增大趋势,与平原组比较,原红细胞和早幼红细胞变化较大,均P<0.01,有高度显著性意义。提示,造血细胞在急进高原后的前三周内其形态变化最大,以后又逐渐回落。The Feret's diameter of four stages of the erythroblasts of the experiment rabbits'L1 bone marrow,proerythroblasts. basophilic and polychromatophilic erythroblasts and normoblasts, had been researched. We found that the diameter of the different stages erythroblasts lengthened at hypoxia environment. Comparing with the control group, the extension of the proerythroblasts'L1 and basophilic erythroblasts 'L1 bodies were remarkable (P<0.01). It implied that the most changes of the erythroblasts occured in the former three weeks, when the animals were migrated to the plateau. But, the increase of the bodies would be descended from the latter weeks.
