试论汉语保留上下文索引系统职能号的简化

摘　　要：职能号是保留上下文索引系统（ＰＲＥＣＩＳ）控制其标引句法的重要工具。但是，职能号使用过多反而会难以掌握和操作，影响推广。本文提出，减少汉语ＰＲＥＣＩＳ职能号的数量，取消五个职能号（ｓ，ｔ，ｕ，ｒ＄ｄ），简化索引款目格式，并改进标引规则，以提高易用性和可读性。The roles of PRECIS are important devices to control the syntax in subject indexing. But they are so many that they are difficult to learn and operate In the process of introducing PRECIS to Chinese,five roles(s,t,u,r,d)and the index format of predicate transformation have been deleted,their indexing rules simplified,but it is more suitable for the indexing of Chinese document.
