摘　　要：目前各高等院校和科研院所建立数据库基本上处于各自为政的状态，本文通过时中国水利电力科技文献管理现代化情报网的自产文献数据库进行调查研究，分析了以自产文献数据库为基础的“分散建库、集中处理、分散服务”的建库模式及其作用和意义。Many Colleges and research institutes have created databases in their own way at present.Having investigated the self-produced literature database in the Water Conservancy and Electric Power Ministry of China,as a new database creating-mode,the author analysed the self-produced literature database and its function and significance.
