燃油喷射系统变参数研究及正交试验计算

摘　　要：本文以准维燃烧模型为基础，通过缸内各燃烧区的燃料质量、浓度分布、喷雾贯穿度及喷雾锥角计算公式，讨论了喷射系统设计参数与燃烧过程的耦合关系。同时，结合某中速大功率柴油机，进行了喷射系统的变参数研究及正交试验计算，得出了各参数对性能指标的影响情况和影响程度。In this paper, on the basis of the Q-D combustion model, the relation of the designing parameters of injection system with the combustion processes is discussed through the calculating formulas of the fuel mass, the concentration distribution, the spray distance and the spray cone angle.In the same time, the varying parameter and orthonormal testing calculation are carried out in respect to a high diesel engine, and the influence degree are got.
