摘  要:本文采用X射线衍射差热分析和显微镜粒度分布仪等方法测定了酸性染料经受不同商品化加工过程后染料晶体结构和颗粒大小等物理形态的变化情况,并研究了它们对颜色、溶解度、上染率等染色性能的影响。试验表明酸性染料的染色性能与染料的晶相和粒子大小有着一定的关系。对改善染料性能,提高染色质量有着指导意义。This paper has been determined the changes of physical form of acid dyes, such as crystal structure and particle size etc. by means of X-ray diffraction, DSC, and microscopic particle size distribution.These dyes are underwent several processes of commercial production. In addition,the influence on colour, solubility,exhustion and other dyeing properties were also studied. It have been found that there was a certain relation between the dyeing properties and crystal phase, particle size of acid dyes. It will have a certain guiding significance to improve the dyeing properties and the dyeing quality of acid dyes.
