蒽醌型蓝色水暂溶性染料的研究

摘　　要：合成了一系列１－氨基－４－芳胺基蒽醌结构的蓝色水暂溶性分散染料，对染料及相关中间体的合成路线及方法进行了探讨。差热分析测定染料的脱羧温度均符合分散染料热熔法染色的温度要求。A series of blue disperse dyes of 1-amino-4-aryl-anthraqunones with temporary-solubility in water were synthesized. The synthesizing processes of these dyes and their intermadiates were discussed. The research showed that the temperature of decarboxyl in dyes tested by differential thermal analysis was suitable for the temperature of thermosol dyeing method of disperse dyes.
