农业因素对硫化胶乳性能的影响

摘　　要：对广东、海南和云南三大垦区有代表性农场的胶乳连续４年取样测试。结果表明，生胶乳贮存１个月的机稳，达到国家标准的品系只有９３－１１４、实生树、ＰＢ５／５１和ＧＴ１；达到原农垦部颁标准的品系。除上述４个以外，还有ＰＢ８６；有一些原浓缩胶乳机稳较低的品系如ＲＲＩＭ６００、海垦１、保亭９１１和海垦６等经硫化后的胶乳的热稳均提高到４００Ｓ以上；个别原浓缩胶乳机稳高的品系如ＰＢ５／５１硫化后反而最低。热稳方面以ＰＲ１０７和ＲＲＩＭ６００最高，最低的是ＰＢ５／５１；硫化胶乳干胶膜的物理机械性能和结合硫较好的品系则是ＧＴ１、ＰＢ８６、ＰＲ１０７和ＲＲＩＭ６００．最差的是海垦１和９３－１１４。硫化胶乳贮存３个月左右的物化性能较好。三大垦区农场的气候、土壤和施肥等农业因素有差异，生产地之间的生胶乳和硫化胶乳及其干胶膜的大多数物化性能都有极显著和显著的差异。其中，以云南东风农场的硫化胶乳及其干胶膜的几项主要性能最好。his paper deals with the effect ofthe Changeable agricultural factors sucbas clone.cli-mate. soil. fertilization andtapping system on the properties of the vulcanized latex. The la-tex samples taken from the representative state farms in Guangdong. Hainan and Yunnanwere determined in fotir consecutive years. Results show that only 93-114. seedlings. PB5/51 and GT1 attained the national standard for mechanical stability of the raw latex after onemonth storage.Besides. PB86 had a mechanical stability of latex conforming with the minis-terial standard issued by the former Ministry ofLand - Reclamation. Some clones which hadrelatively low mechanicalStability of concentrated latex. suchasRRIM600.Haikenl.Baot-ing911 and Haiken6 . increased the latex mechanical stability to 400s after the latex was vul-canized. whereas some clones having high mechanical stability of concentrated latex. such asPB5/51. decreased in latex mechanical stability.PR107 and RRIM600 possessde the highestheat stabinty oflatex whilePB5/51 did the lowest. GT1. PB86. PR107 andRRIM600 ac-quired comparatively good physical properties and combined sulfur in the dry film of the vul-canizedlatex andHaikenl and93- 1446idtheworst.The vulcanized latex havingbeen stored for about 3 months had rather good physicaland chemical properties.The raw latex and vulcanized latex as well as their dry film obtainedfrom the state farms of the three provinces disclosed highly significant or significant differ-ences in most of the physical and chemical properties due to the difference of the agriculturalfactors such as climate. soil. and fertilizer application. The main properties of the vulcanizedlatex and its dry film from Dongfeng State Farm in Yunnan are the best.
