摘　　要：６０Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ厚板弹簧钢油淬和ＰＱＡ淬火剂淬火后的组织与硬度南京航空航天大学（２１００１６）王于林南京洲联研究所王孝军【摘要】６０Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ厚板（厚度１３ｍｍ）板簧在油淬条件下．不能保证获得规定的硬度（淬火态ＨＲＣ＞５９．回火态ＨＲＣ４２～４７），也...The plate spring of hot rolled steel plate with thickness 13mm quenching in oil,not only can not assure to obtain the specified qunched hardness (HRC>59) and tempered hardness (HRC42-47),but also can not to obtain the standard structure. When the plate spring quenching in the quenchant PQA with 10%～20% concentration.it can assure to obtain a reasonable hardness and excellent structure under the quenching or tempering condition.
