摘　　要：介绍高频焊螺旋肋片管省煤器的设计研究和在吉林热电厂６７０ｔ／ｈ电站锅炉上应用情况。几个月的运行状况和停炉后检查的结果表明，螺旋肋片管省煤器的运行情况良好，没有严重积灰，降低了排烟温度，提高了锅炉效率，是一种解决飞灰磨损问题和降低锅炉排烟温度的有效方法。This paper introduces a design of economizer with high frequency welded spiral finned tubes and its application on a670 t/h boiler in Jllin Thermal Power Plant. Inspection to the boiler after several month's operation shows that there wasno severe ash deposit.And the boiler efficiency was increased due to lowered temperature of the flue gas.It is consideredto be an effective way to solve ash corrosion problem and the problem of higher flue gas temperauture.
