摘 要:大坝大体积混凝土夏季施工过程中,通常采用风冷骨料措施以降低浇筑温度,后期则在坝体内通人工冷却水进一步降低坝体混凝土温度,使工程按进度计划进行接缝灌浆。制冷风与制冷水按常规需分别设置两种不同的换热设备,并且这两种设备的使用时间是错开的。隔河岩工程首次采用肋片管蒸发器一种设备,既满足了生产冷风的需要,又达到了制冷水的要求。“一机两用”,减少了工程投资,经现场实测,使用效果也令人满意。During construction of massive dam concrete in summer, aggregates are usually cooled by cold air to reduce the placement temperature of concrete mixes. And later, the temperature of dam concrete will be reduced by cooled water through embedded pipe to allow the joint grouting to be done on schedule. Conventionally, different kinds of heat exchanger are installed in chiller for air chilling and water chilling respectively, and run not simultaneously. A ribbedpipe vaporizer has been first used as heat exchanger for either air chilling or water chilling in a chiller at Geheyan Project, resulting in reduced cost. From job measurement, its effect of water chilling is satisfactory.
