摘　　要：采用氢火焰离子化检测器，５％ＳＥ－３０为固定相，正二十二烷为内标，测定苯巴比妥及其制剂，手续简便快速，结果准确可靠，平均回收率（ｎ＝５）为９９．１％～１０１．０％。highly senstitive and rapid method for the analysis of phenobarbital and its preparations by gas chroma-torgraphy has been established. The conditions for the determination were:detector,FID;liquid phase,5% SE-30 on Chromosorb W(AW-DMCS, 80～100 mesh);glass column,3m×3mm i.d;column temperature,240℃;injection port temperature,290℃;n-docosane as internal standard. The method was applied to the ana-lysis of phenobarbital and its 3 preparations with the recovery ranging from 99.1% to 101.0%。This method issimple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
