摘　　要：高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶中芦丁顾小曼，李蕾（武汉化工学院分析测试中心武汉４３００７４）１前言芦丁属于黄酮类化合物，在银杏叶中含量较高。现代科学研究证明，芦丁在临床上具有防治心血管疾病的功能，并可作为治疗毛细血管病的药物和治疗高血压病的辅助药物［１］。...easurement of rutinum in Ginkgo Biloba L. with reversed-phase HPLC is introduced. in this paper.Since gradient elution is used and 10%acetic acid is added in,the separating efficiency is satisfactory. Themethod has the advantages of low cost,fast separation and better reproducibility and recovery.
