摘  要:研究了W18Cr4V钢离子渗氮─—高频复合处理后的组织与性能。并进行了耐磨性和刀具使用寿命的对比试验。结果表明,该钢经复合处理后,具有较好的表面硬度和良好的耐磨性,显著地增加了刀具的使用寿命。证明该工艺应用于小型高速钢刀具的热处理是可行的。The structure and property of W18Cr4V steel after combined treatment of ionitriding and high frequency induction hardening were studied. The wear resistance test and the comparative test for the service life of high speed steel cutting tool were carried out. The results showed that the steel after combined treatment had higher surface hardness and wear resistance, and prolonged the service life of cutting tool. The combined treat- ment process was suitable for heat treatment of small -sized high speed steel cutting tool.
