黄斑马头蝗染色体核型研究

摘　　要：该文对采自云南西双版纳州勐腊县的黄斑马头蝗ＥｒｉａｎｔｈｕｓｖｅｒｓｉｃｏｌｏｒＢｒｕｎｎｅｒ－Ｗａｔｔｅｎｗｙｌ进行了染色体核型的分析研究，并据以往研究资料讨论了直翅目短角亚目中蚱总科Ｔｅｔｒｉｇｏｉｄｅａ、蜢总科Ｅｕｍａｓｔａｃｏｉｄｅａ与蝗总科Ａｃｒｉｄｏｉｄｅａ细胞水平的亲缘关系，为蜢总科物种多样性研究提供了染色体方面的资料。In this paper,the karyorype of a species in Eumastacoidea namely Erianthus versicolor Br.-Wcollected in Mengla county,Yunnan province has been studied.The result shows that the chromosome number in this species is 2n♂=19, among them, the second chromosome is metacentric autosome,the others acrocentric chromosomes.From the results above,the karyotype among the Acridoidea,Tetrigoidea and Eumastacoidea has been compared.
