摘　　要：本文根据似然函数与广义熵函数的关系，开创性地引入实验测量的信息熵概念，给出了用信息熵定量评定测量品质的方法和标准，发展了实验理论．Based on the relationship between the similitude function and generalized entropy function, this article introduces creatively thenotion of information entropy of experment measurements and gives outsome methods and standards of evaluation experment measurement quality,. Therefore it develops theexperment theory.
