冷固球团矿热态强度变化规律的研究

摘  要:本文研究了几种铁精矿球团矿在煤基回转窑直接还原过程中热态强度变化规律。结果表明:添加“复合粘结剂”的铁精矿冷固球团矿在还原过程中抗压强度下降幅度和强度低谷区宽度远小于预热球团矿、水泥冷固球团矿和氧化球团矿,其热态强度能满足工业生产回转窑的要求,适于做回转窑直接还原炉料。The paper studies the hot strtength change low or some pellets made of concentrated iron ore in the process of direct reduce in coal bese turn ovtn.The studied result shows the decreasing range of resistance strength to compression and the wiath of low valley range of strength of cool strengthened pellet ,which is made fo concentrated iron added with complex binder, are small than those of preheatea pellet. cement cool strengthend pellet and oxidized pellet in the process of reduce and its hot strength can meet the requirement of turn oven for commercial production,and it is suitable to do raw material of direct reduce for turn oven production.
