乙二醛双缩－4－烯丙基－3－硫代氨基脲分光光度法测定痕量铜的研究

摘　　要：研究了Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）与新试剂乙二醛双缩－４－烯丙基－３－硫代氨基脲的显色反应，该反应生成１：２的红色配合物。Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）在０－４０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比耳定律，其表现摩尔吸光系数为２．４×１０￣４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ￣（－１）．ｃｍ￣（－１）。该法用于测定水中微量铜，结果满意。Glyoxal-bis-4-Allyl-3-Thioaminourca(GBATA)is a chromogenic reagent for the determination of trace Copper(Ⅱ),GBATA reacts with Copper(Ⅱ)to form a stable redcomplex at 485nm in the presence of OP. The molar ratio of the components of Cu toGBATA in the complex is estimated to be 1:2, the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.4 × 10￣4L. mol￣(-1). cm ￣(-1).Beer's law is obeyedin the range of 0-40 μg/25ml for Cu(Ⅱ). The methodcan be applied to the determination of Copper(Ⅱ)in water with satisfactory results.
