几种特殊类型断指再植患者的护理

摘　　要：重点总结了小儿断指、有瘀斑断指、自残断指再植的护理体会。（１）根据小儿的特点，在密切观察末稍血循环的同时，应做好心理护理。（２）对严重复杂性断指再植（瘀斑断指、缺血时间长的断指及生理盐水浸泡达１２ｈ以上断指）的患者除应注意全身情况外，还要严密观察局部血循环情况。（３）自残断指再植患者须重视心理护理。The authors summped up the experience in nursing the children with severed fingers, the patients with ecchymosis severed finger and self-severed finger, According to the children's characters it was necessary to put an emphasis on the following points: 1)The nurses should give psychological nursing to them while closely observing their peripheral circulation.2)The nursing should pay close attention to either their health state as a whole, or the local circulation of the patients serious complex severed fingers,i.e. ecchymosis severed finger, long ischemic finger and the severed finger soaked in physiological saline for 12hours; 3)the nurses should attach importance to the psychological nursing for the patients with self-severed finger after being rejoined.
