摘　　要：本文报告了我科采用自制的多功能动力复位支架治疗小儿先天性髋脱位３７８例的护理要点，以及正确协助患儿功能锻炼、防止复位后再脱位和股骨头坏死的护理方法。The authors reported the important points of nursing work in 378 young children with congenital dislocation of the hip joint treated with multifunctional dynamic reposition support made them selves in the department. They helped the children do functional exercises to prevent them from redislocation and femoral head necrosis.
