摘　　要：恶性骨肿瘤瘤段切除异体关节移植是近年来治疗恶性骨肿瘤保全肢体的一种新术式。本文报告了低温保存异体半关节移植的护理体会，介绍了加强术前心理护理的重要性以及术前、术后护理注意事项。强调术后密切观察病情、防治感染、适时指导病人进行适度关节功能锻炼对保留移植关节一定活动度的重要性。In recent years the heterogeneous joint transplantation after the removal of malignant bone tumor segment has developed into a new method in the treatment of malignant bone tumor to save the limbs. The authors stated their experience of low temperature preservation of heterogeneous semi-joint. They pointed out the importance of nursing. Before and after the operation. They emphasized the close observation of the patients, condition, prevention of infection and immediate guide.They helped them do suitable functional exercises. All this Was very important to save the patients’limbs.
