改进输液针头固定方法的探讨

摘　　要：静脉输液时采用弹性绷带固定输液针头法１１８８例次，并与传统的胶布固定法１３００例次相比较，其针头的脱出率分别为２．３６％、４．６９％，经统计学检验（Ｐ＜０．００５），有极显著性差异。说明弹性绷带固定输液针头法优于胶布固定法。After inserting the needle for venous transfusion, the needle was fixed with elastic bandage in 1188cases/times. The out-going rate of the needle was 2. 36% and 4.69% respectively,compared with traditional fixation method in 1300 cases/times. There was significant difference statistically(P<0. 005).It suggested that the fixation by elastic bandage after the venous transfusion Was better than that by adhesive tape.
