52例开胸术后采用布比卡因局部镇痛临床观察

摘　　要：将１０２例开胸术后患者随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，分别采用杜冷丁、布比卡因局部镇痛，经临床观察杜冷丁与布比卡因用于缓解食管癌、贲门癌患者开胸术后切口疼痛的总有效率分别为９８．０％和９６．１％，二者间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本组资料提示：布比卡因副作用小、无成瘾性，可替代杜冷丁用于缓解开胸术后切口疼痛。After thoracotomy 102 patients were divided into two groups:Group A and Group B. They were given Dolantin and Bupivacaine respectively for local analgesia. The total effective rates were 98.0% and 96.1% in the esophagus cancer patients and cardiac cancer patients respectively. There was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).It showed that Bupivacaine had less side effects and no addiction. The authors believed that Bupivacaine might replace Dolantine in relieving pains of incision.
