摘 要:应用生物化学分析方法,试验研究了260日龄白来航产蛋鸡在不同光照环境中血液生化指标的变化.结果表明:随着光照时间的增加,血清清蛋白、GPT和AKP活性以17小时光照组最高,分别比14小时光照组高20.62%,59.41%和23.04%,而血清非蛋白氮降低27.0%。血钙含量以16小时光照组较高,比14小时光照组高26.57%.提示:不同光照管理对鸡体物质代谢、水盐代谢有一定的影响.本试验为制定合理的光照制度提供了一定的依据。Study was made on variety of blood biochemical parameters of White leghorn ben of 260 days of age.under different lighting treatments. by biochemical method theresults indicates:1) When the lighting treatment is 17 hours a day, the serumalbumincontent, glutamataw-pyru-rate, transaminase(GPT) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity of hans increase respcttyively by 20. 6%, 59.41 % and 23.04%, while thecontent of blood non-pr-otein nitrogen decrease 27%. as against the treatment of14 hours a day.2) When the lighting treatment is 16 hours a day, the content of blood calcium increase about 26. 57 % as compared with the treatments of 14 hours a day. Above results showed that different lighting treatment could fairly affect metabolism of hens. This study has provide us some useful basis for rational management of lighting treatment.
