黄瓜苗期吸收NO3,K的动力学研究

摘　　要：试验结果表明：黄瓜苗期吸收ＮＯ３－、Ｋ＋的Ｋｍ值分别为０．２５和０．２２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ．Ｉｍａｘ分别为７．６７和１２．８６μｍｏｌ／ｇ·ｈ，Ｃｍｉｎ分别为０．０１和０．０２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ．说明黄瓜对Ｋ＋的吸收能力大于ＮＯ３－，在黄瓜苗期施用氮肥的同时，要注重钾肥的施用．The expriment results indicated that Km of nitrate and potassium uptake at cucumber seeding stage respectively are 0. 25 and 0. 22 mmol/L, Imax respectively are 7. 67 and 12. 86 μmol/g .h, Cmin respectively are 0. 01 and 0. 02 mmol/L, It showed, poassium uptake is stronger than nitrate uptake while applying nitrogenous fertilizer, we must pay attention to applying potash fertilizer at cucumber seeding stage.
