摘  要:利用盆栽试验,研究了10mmol/L的CaCl2浸种和10mmol/LCaCl2叶面喷施对轻度、重度土壤干旱下棉花叶片水分状况、光合作用及呼吸速率的影响。结果表明:钙浸种和叶面喷钙均能使棉花离休叶片气干时含水量的下降变缓;轻度、重度土壤干旱时,棉花叶片相对含水量和水势下降,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾强度减小,叶绿素含量和光合速率减少,呼吸强度减小,但钙浸种和叶面喷钙的处理均比对照下降或增加的幅度小。这说明钙处理提高了干旱条件下棉花叶片的保水能力,增强了干旱条件下棉花的各种生理活动,从而提高了棉花的抗旱能力。The effect of 10mmol/L Cacl2 for seed-soaking and 10 mmol/L Cacl2 for leavespraying on water status,photosynthesis and respiration of cotton leaves under soil drought condition by pot tests was studied.The result showed that under drought condition,relative water content(RWC)and water potential decreased,resistance in the stoma increased,transpiration consumption decreased,content of chlorophyll and rates of photosynthesis decreased,rates of respiration decreased,variation of Ca(2+)treatment was smaller than that of H2O treatment. which indicated Ca(2+)treatment enhanced drought-resistance of cotton.
