摘  要:从小麦—天蓝偃麦草—簇毛麦三属杂种的F1幼穗及BC1幼胚诱导出愈伤组织,建立了体细胞无性系,获得了大量再生植株并全部移栽成活。再生植株普遍分蘖力强,功能叶时间长,高抗黄矮病和白粉病。从再生植株中看到了大量的无性系变异。在BC1的一个无性系再生植株中,选到一些理想的植株。Calli were induced from the F1 inflorescences and BC1 immature embryo of Triticum─Agropyron─Haynaldia hybrids, and somaclones were established from the calli. A large number of plantlets were obtained and survived after transplantation. The tillering ability in regenaerated plants were great and the time of functional leave was long. The regenerated plants could resist yellow─dwarf and powdery─mildew. Many variations were observed in tegenerated plants.Some idea plants were selected from one of BC1 somaclone.
