摘  要:应用[3H]2-DG放射自显影法观察MAO-B抑制剂Deprenyl和神经毒素MPTP对小鼠脑2-DG摄取的影响。腹腔注射MPTP后,模型组鼠的黑质和蓝斑区的2-DG摄取量较对照组鼠明显增加,并表现出明显的行为异常反应。预先口服deprenyl的拮抗组鼠,2-DG摄取量与对照组相同,且行为反应轻微。结果表明MPTP对小鼠黑质和蓝斑区的局部糖利用有明显的影响;Deprenyl能有效地防止MPTP,的这一有害作用。H-2-deoxyglucose(2-DG) autoradiographic technique was used to study the effects of deprenyl, a monoamine oxidase-B(MAO-B) inhibitor and the neurotoxin methyl-phenyl-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) on 2-DG uptake in the mouse brain. Following MPTP intoxication,2-DG uptake was increased in the substantia nigra and locus ceruleus.At the same time, Obvious abnormal behavior of the animals was induced. In the mice pretreated with deprenyl,2-DG uptake was similar to that of the control animals. Abnormal behavior, though present, was significantly milder than in the miee given MPTP alone. It is concluded that MPTP inteiferes with glucose metabolism in the substantia nigra and locus ceruleus and induees the remarkable abnormal behavior syndrome in mice. These deleterious effects can be blocked by pretreatment with deprenyl.
