大鼠烫伤模型的制作

摘　　要：大鼠１０７只，体重２００～２５０ｇ。烫前２４ｈ，腹腔注射２．５％戊巴比妥钠（３５ｍｇ／ｋｇ），剪去背部毛，硫化钡锐毛，大鼠仰卧位固定于中间有孔的木板上，将裸露的皮肤浸泡于热水浴里，造成的烫伤面积约１０％，烫后２、４、８、２４、４８和７２ｈ取活检，组织病理学观察证实：７０℃、８０℃和９５℃水浴烫１５ｓ分别造成浅Ⅱ°、深Ⅱ°和Ⅲ°烫伤。本方法制作大鼠烫伤模型方法简便易行，重复性好。This model was used to study healing mechanism of the rat burn wound. SD rats(n=107), weighting at about 200-250g were used. Twenty -four hours prior to scalding the rats were anaesthetized with pentobarbital sodium intraperitoneally(35mg/kg). The hairs of the dorsum skin were clipped with a scissor.Then,the backs were depilated with barium sulphide.The rats were placed supine in the scalding device and the extremities were tied. The exposed areas were immersed in the hot water bath. The dorsum skin scalded was approximately 10 percent of the total body surface. The skins were biopsied at intervals of 2,4,8,24,48 and 72 hours after scald. Histophathological evaluation showed: 70 ℃,80 ℃ and 95 ℃water bath of 15 seconds of exposure produced superficial partial-thickness burns, deep partial -thickness burns and full-thickness burns respectively.This method of making a rat scald model was simple, easy and reproducible.
