高校科技统计量可比性数模探讨

摘　　要：高校科技统计量的分别统计与排序不能体现一个学校的科研综合实力。本文旨在把经费、成果获奖、论著、技术转让等不同可比指标综合在一起，提出一种综合可比性计算方法。Statistics of science and technology put into individualstatistic and arrangement do not reflect synthetical strength of scientificresearch of a university.This paper synthesizes differenf comparabletargets such as funds,awards for scientific research achievements,treatises and technology for making-over,putting forward a syntheticcomparable calculating way,for discussion of the management ofscience and technology.
