摘  要:高浓度电泳油漆废水是COD浓度高、含粘性悬浮物且可生化性差的有机废水。采用先对其进行酸性转化凝聚处理,再与低浓度废水混合后进行碱性凝聚处理的组合工艺,可实现达标治理。此法COD去除率高(96%~97%)、药剂费用低、污泥量少且可利用。Waste water from electrophoresis paints is a kind of organic waste water with high COD, containing viscous ss,and poor biodegradable. The title treatment is a combined technology which contains 1.to carry out an acidic coagulation,2. to mix the acidic water with low COD waste water,and 3. to carry out an alkaline coagulation for the mixed water. The so treated water could meet the standard for drainage. The COD removability is high(96% -97%) ; the coagulant dosage is low;the sludge is less and could be utilized.
