摘 要:采用GC/MS方法定量测定工业废水中半挥发性有机物。研究了试样预富集方法,采用不同的预富集方法,对荼、二氢苊及苯并(a)芘等7种物质进行富集的结果表明,采用N_2吹与K-D浓缩相结合的方法,优于其他方法。其回收率与美国EPA-625方法的数据相近,回收率在92%以上。研究了定量测定条件,以2,2’-二氟联苯为内标物质,测定不同浓度的半挥发性EPA标准样品的响应因子D≤25%。测定了上海焦化厂工业废水中半挥发性有机物,其精密度和回收率与EPA-625的标准相近。Adopting GC-MS method for quantitative determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in industrial wastewater was presented. Sample pretreatment has been studied, and concentration technique of various kinds of sample such as naphthalene, acenaphthene and benzo(a)pyrene etc. has also been performed. The results showed that using combined method of nitrogen blowing and K-D concentrating was better than others, and its rate of recovery was more than 92%, approaching USEPA 625 method. For studying the conditions of quantitative determination, taking 2,2-difluoro-biphenyl as internal standard to determine the response factors of a series of semi-volatile EPA standards, the deviation was less than 25%. Semi-volatile organic compounds in coking wastewater have been analyzed, the precision, recovery rate and detection limits were reaching the USEPA level.
