摘　　要：研究了不同日令大型溞对毒物的敏感性,对大型溞7d的体长指标与21d的繁殖量指标进行了比较。试验结果表明,毒物对大型溞的毒性作用,在试验后的7d内已可从其体长的变化显示出来,并与21d的慢性毒性试验结果等效。从而得出结论,传统的大型溞慢性毒性试验周期可缩短为7d。Sensitivity of Daphnia magna at different ages to toxicityihas been studied in accordance with comparison between 7-days body-length and its 21 days reproduction of Daphnia magna. The experimental result showed that 7 days after treating with toxicants, the toxiceffect revealed, based on changes of Daphnia magna body-length, is same as that of 21 days chronic toxicity test. It was suggested that the chronic toxicity test cycle would be reduced from 21 days to 7 days.
