摘  要:用厌氧技术从电镀淤泥中分离获得高效富集重金属的SR_4菌株,通过对其形态、生理生化、遗传特征的研究,确定为脱硫弧菌属的一个新种。用X-衍射能谱仪检测和透射电镜分析方法,研究了SR_4菌株对电镀废水中Ni^(2+)的富集作用和最佳去除条件。结果表明:SR_4菌富集Ni^(2+)的机理主要是静电吸附和生化作用。当水温为20~40℃、pH9、Ni^(2+)浓度为40mg/L时,废水中Ni^(2+)的去除率达99%以上;在相同条件下进行小试和中试,Ni^(2+)的去除率达95%~99%。A strain of SR4 with high efficient of enriching heavy metal was isolated from electroplating sludge by using anaerobic technique. The characteristics of their morphology, genetics, physiology and biochemistry have been studied, which indicated that they belong to a new species of Desulfovibrio sp. Based on the test of X-diffusion energy spectra and analytical methods of electronic transmission microscope, the Ni2+ enrichment characters and the optimum Ni2+ removal conditions have also been studied by SR4 in electroplating wastewater. The results showed that the Ni2+ enrichment mechanims by SR4 was electrostatic enrichment and biochemical reaction. Under the temperature of 20 - 40℃C, pH9 and Ni2+ content 40mg/L, the Ni2 + removal rate could reach over 99%.There parameters being applied to smallscale or moderate-scale practical wastewater treatment and the Ni24 removal rate could reach up to 95%-99%.
